Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and wins.

Each bonus is subject to different wagering requirements (rollover requirements) depending on the type of promotion.

• Welcome bonus: wagering requirement 15x total bonus amount within 30 days.
• Reload bonus: wagering requirement 10x total bonus amount within 14 days.
• Weekly cashback: credited every Monday and may be withdrawn directly with no wagering requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or directly exchanged for cash.

Only one bonus may be activated at a time. If you make a deposit without selecting any bonus, that deposit will be treated as a regular deposit with no bonus applied. Doctor Judi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through unauthorised means, abuse, or fraud.

• All confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled.

Doctor Judi maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, abuse, or unethical behaviour. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without warning:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automated scripts during gameplay.
• Transferring funds between accounts to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Attempting to access another person's account without authorisation.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Requests from competent authorities.
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
